香港公司商业登记证Hong Kong company Business Registration Certificate BR

香港公司须办理商业登记的「业务」包括：
为了图利而从事的任何形式的生意、商务、工艺、专业、职业或其他活动；
为会员提供设施、服务及专用处所，以便进行社交或康乐活动的会社；
所有根据《公司条例》在香港注册成立的有限公司，或非在香港成立但在香港设有营业地点的有限公司，不论其实际上是否有在香港经营业务。
所有在香港设有代表办事处或联络办事处，或出租其在香港的物业的非在香港成立的有限公司，不论其有否在香港设立营业地点。
惟单就职位或受雇工作的人士，不会被视为经营业务，亦无须办理登记。
就同一个业务，你可以登记多过一个业务名称。但每一个额外的业务名称，都会当作为一间分行来登记。而额外的业务名称，亦须符合上述的规定。
如果你经营多过一个业务，你应该为每一个业务分开登记。每一个业务可以有各自的业务名称。

"Business" Required to be Registered Includes:
any form of trade, commerce, craftsmanship, profession, calling or other activity carried on for the purpose of gain;
any club which provides facilities, services and exclusive club premises to its members for social intercourse or recreation; and every company incorporated in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance or non-Hong Kong company that has established a place of business in Hong Kong, regardless of whether it is actually carrying on any business in Hong Kong.
every non-Hong Kong company that has a representative or liaison office in Hong Kong, or has let out its property situated in Hong Kong, regardless of whether it has established a place of business in Hong Kong.
However, a person who is only holding an office or employment is not regarded as carrying on any business and is not required to apply for business registration.
