1，公司注册证书CI——相当于国内公司的营业执照，每年年报不会更新，只有注册时候的一份，上面显示公司编号、公司名称和成立日期。
2，商业登记证BR——相当于国内公司的税证，每年年审更新一份，上面显示业务/法团所用名称，业务/分行名称，地址，业务性质，法律地址，生效日期，届满日期，登记证号码，登记费及征费。
Main licenses of Hongkong company
1. Company Registration Certificate CI - equivalent to the business license of a domestic company, will not be renewed, only original when register, which shows the company number, company name and date of establishment.
2. Business Registration Certificate BR - equivalent to the tax certificate of a domestic company, renewed yearly, showing Name of business/Corporation, Business/branch name, Address, Nature of Business, Status, Date of Commencement, Date of Expiry, Certificate No., Fee and Levy.
