Responsibilities
- Promotion and application of data management ability: based on the methodology of KPMG, identify the problems and needs to be promoted in various fields of data management, proposes proposals and solutions based on the current situation and actual needs of the clients, and assist the clients to complete the specific requirements for the improvement of the capacity and the implementation of the work, assist clients to establish data management system and data standard system
- Multidimensional statistical analysis application and decision-making cockpit: fully communicate with clients, understand the key indicators needed for decision support and multidimensional statistical analysis needs, based on the KPMG methodology, complete the construction of the statistical analysis system, and complete the design and construction of the data application system
Experience
- Bachelor degree or master degree in finance, economics or mathematics
- More than 3 years working experience in financial institutions or consulting companies
- Familiar with the products, processes and evaluation indicators of one or more business areas of financial institutions (banks, insurance, etc.) , can help users to sort out business processes, identify and build index evaluation systems, refine business requirements, carry out demand analysis and design, and skillfully write analysis and design documents such as "business requirements instructions"
- Familiar with one or more domain related work in the data management system, including but not limited to data standards, index systems, data quality, data applications, and so on, can help clients identify problems in the field of data management, and form a comprehensive promotion plan and a short term promotion plan for data ability. Proficiency in writing capability enhancement report, analysis report, planning proposal report and other documents

KPMG Restructuring Services team provide a broad range of services including working with different stakeholders to deliver various advisory services through the financial restructuring process; assisting Chinese banking clients in assessing strategies for repayment, restructuring and recovery; advising China leading financial institutions to enhance their credit and risk management system; advising sellers and buyers in a distressed asset or impaired loan portfolio transaction; providing independent business review to help strategic investors identify and evaluate investment or restructuring opportunities; advising different stakeholders and assisting the creation of decisive strategic and operational plans to underpin the restructuring.
Responsibilities
- Conduct communications with clients, implement review and analysis process and draft reports, ensure deliverables and services compliant with KPMG's policies and quality / performance standards
- Assist team's practice in business development work, such as proposal preparation and part of the team for bidding of global / regional opportunities
- Support other lines of services as appropriate and necessary
Experience and qualifications
- Degree holder in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting or any other business related discipline
- For Analyst, 1-2 years working or advisory experiences; For Assistant Manager, at least 2-3 years experience in professional services advisory or banking related industry. Experiences in area of audit, risk management, internal control in relation to the banking sector is preferred
- Good understanding on NPL transaction, corporate recovery or restructuring experience is a plus
- Have in depth knowledge and understanding of the current key economic and financial issues and business risks in China
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service
- Good communication and presentation skills, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
- A self-motivated team player with strong communication and analytical skills
- Mature, proactive and committed
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is mandatory
- Proficient in PPT and Excel applications and Chinese word processing

- Assist mangers to identify work opportunities both through an internal and external network of contacts
