With reference to the Sales Contract No. XXXXX signed on XXXX, 2008 at LINYI, between A (hereinafter called the Buyer) and B (hereinafter called the Seller) covering the purchases and sales of XXX pieces XXXXXXXX under the Contract, the Seller has agreed and confirmed to pay C USD XXXX (Say US Dollars XXXXX Only) which is regarded as commission for their service on this deal under the total Contract value USDXXXXX.
